I work with purpose-driven organizations to find clarity, deepen their impact,
and stay connected to their vision.
Scaling organizations, diving into creative ventures, and trying new things are messy but exciting ventures.
When you’re deep in your work, it can feel almost impossible to see what you do best, how it stands out uniquely, and where you’re making the biggest impact. It can be especially hard to see where your impact can grow. In all of this, it’s easy to lose track of your big vision.
As a thought partner, co-designer, and coach, I will mirror, amplify, and shine a light on the amazing work you do. I listen deeply, connects dots easily, and will help you navigate strategic steps with intention.
What’s clarity worth?
In the past ten years, I’ve helped clients in the university, non-profit,
and private sectors bring in $18 million in funding.

Let’s work together
-
As a form of thought partnership, coaching creates a space for you to dive in so you can be reminded of your strengths as you understand your biggest challenges. This work will create a foundation for you to get clear on where you’re going and why. From there, we’ll map out steps to achieving your vision.

I’m a systems thinker, creative storyteller, and process designer who listens deeply and sees possibilities. I support the design of intentional processes. These abilities help me connect dots and work with clients to discover opportunities and understand challenges.
I care about the power of words, the possibilities that stories and imagery create, and the impact good questions can have. I also know that we are impacted by the systems and stories that surround us. My inquiry-grounded skillset supports clients in situating themselves within larger narratives and also within their own narrative.
In addition to being a certified Executive Coach, I hold an M.A. in Media Studies from Concordia University and a B.A in Political Philosophy from the University of Victoria.
I am a proud member & supporting founder of the IECC Exchange and am committed to ongoing learning and self-reflection around anti-racism, justice, equity, diversity and inclusion.
I completed my Executive Coaching training with Royal Roads University, a program certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
